Introduction
Welcome to PDFGo. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PDFGo mobile application ("App") and services ("Services"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PDFGo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
Description of Service
PDFGo is a mobile application that provides PDF processing tools, including but not limited to merging, splitting, converting, compressing, and editing PDF files. The App processes files on cloud-based servers and requires an internet connection. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.
User Accounts
You are not required to create an account to use PDFGo. The App can be used without registration. However, certain premium features may require subscription or in-app purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials if you choose to create an account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) upload files containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) use the App to violate any laws or regulations; (e) upload files that infringe on intellectual property rights; or (f) use automated systems to access the Services without permission.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by PDFGo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent. All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.
User Content
You retain ownership of any files you upload to the App. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We do not claim ownership of your files and automatically delete them after processing. You are solely responsible for the content of files you upload and must ensure you have the right to process such files.
Subscriptions and Payments
PDFGo may offer premium features through subscription plans or in-app purchases. Subscription terms, pricing, and features are subject to change. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store from which you purchased the subscription.
Disclaimers
THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDFGo SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PDFGo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. We may also discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PDFGo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
